Most people need six to eight sessions, four to eight weeks apart, because hair grows in cycles. Dark hair responds best; very light, grey or red hair responds poorly, and we will tell you that at the consultation rather than sell you a package.
Shave the area the day before — do not wax, pluck or sugar for four weeks. Come without a fresh tan or self-tanner for two weeks, and without lotion or deodorant on the area.
Not without protection. For one to two weeks after a peel or microneedling, skip the beach, wear SPF 50 every day and reapply it. That is why we do stronger peels from autumn to spring.
We do not do peels, microneedling or laser during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on active infections, cold sores, eczema or open lesions, or on Accutane. If you have a medical condition or take medication, ask your doctor first. We are estheticians: we improve how skin looks and feels, and we do not promise to treat or cure anything.
