Our story
Northline is Andriy, Peter and a crew of nine. Since 2011 we have put up additions, detached garages and full custom homes across the north suburbs. We hold the permits, we swing the hammers, and the person who quoted your job is on site every week.

Yes — drawings, filing and inspections are part of the contract. You sign, we queue.
How firm is the schedule?
Every stage has a date in writing. Weather and city inspections are the only things that move it, and we tell you the same day.
What is the smallest job you take?
Projects from about $15,000. Smaller work we hand to a handyman we trust.
