Our story

Northline Builders

Northline is Andriy, Peter and a crew of nine. Since 2011 we have put up additions, detached garages and full custom homes across the north suburbs. We hold the permits, we swing the hammers, and the person who quoted your job is on site every week.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Site visit

We walk the lot, measure, and tell you honestly what the city will allow.

  2. Drawings & permits

Architect, structural drawings and every permit — filed and chased by us.

  3. Build

Weekly photo report and a schedule that names the date for every stage.

  4. Handover

Punch list walked together, warranty in writing, final payment after.
