Our story
Willow & Ash is Olena, Viktoriia and Mariana. We opened in 2018 with two chairs and a rule we still keep: no one leaves with a colour they did not agree to in the mirror first. We tell you honestly when your hair needs a bond treatment instead of another round of bleach.

How long does a balayage appointment take?
Usually about three hours, including toning and a blowout. Very long or dark hair can take a little longer.
Can you fix colour done at another salon?
Yes. Book a free 15-minute consultation first, so we can see the hair and give you an honest plan and price.
How should I wash my hair after keratin?
Wait 48 hours, then use a sulfate-free shampoo. Smoothing lasts three to five months.
