Our story

Northcrest Roofing

Northcrest is Ihor, Stefan and two crews. Since 2013 we have replaced more than four hundred roofs around the Twin Cities and argued with a lot of insurance adjusters. We inspect for free and tell you when a repair is enough.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Free inspection

We climb up, photograph everything and send you the pictures — even if you do not hire us.

  2. Honest verdict

Repair or replace. We say which, and why, in plain words.

  3. Insurance, if needed

We meet the adjuster on the roof and speak their language.

  4. Tear-off and build

Most roofs in one or two days. Magnet sweep of the yard at the end.
