Terms

  • Client payment: 50% upfront, 50% at launch.
  • First version within 7 days of prepayment and complete materials. One month of warranty after launch.
  • Partner commission: 25% of what the client paid for the website; paid after payment, under contract.
  • White label: you buy at NardracInc's public price for the client's country and set your own selling price.
  • Post-launch support (hosting, monitoring, edits) is separate; terms discussed on a call.

Do I pay anything to become a partner?

No. The client pays for their website.

Who talks to the client?

In the 25% format — we do, together with you. In white label — only you; we work as your tech team.

Which countries do you build for?

Ukraine, the US, Canada and Europe. Site languages: English, German, Spanish, Romanian, Ukrainian.

Can I show your examples as my own?

In white label — yes: examples from our website shop can be shown without our brand.

How and when do I get my 25%?

After the client pays, under contract — by card or bank transfer.

What happens after April 8, 2027?
